California DOT guru
I need some people to help figure out if my idea is legit or not. I want to make some changes to the grill of my car. I will need the head lights to shine through 1/2" mesh screen. Is there any law in Commifornia that would prevent this? I have talked to lots of people about the fact the headlights would shine through and there is no problem with that, but is it allowed?
