Need help finding a CV shaft

I am looking to wrap up my front drive setup. Drivers side CV is a stock unit for a Cadillac STS. A custom center shaft is in the works and really not too hard to come up with. The problem child now is the passenger side shaft. I am using a front diff from a Trailblazer/Envoy which is usually mounted on the drivers side, I need it on the passenger side and have it mounted there now. The issues are that the seal diameter and shaft length are different. I had planned to simply have the large shoulder (40mm) turned down to the size of the center shaft collar (31.75mm). The issue however is that the the CV shaft is 5/8 shorter than the center. I cannot have the body turned down to lengthen the shaft. So....the issue now is that I am having a hard time finding a database of CV shafts to plow thru. I need a shaft with 26 spline, a seal surface of at least 31.75mm and a length of 4 1/4.

Issue #2 is that I will not have room inside the diff to run a snap ring to hold the CV shaft end in. The fit between the spider gear and CV are very tight, quite difficult to get in and out even without a snap ring. Would putting some lock-tite onto the splines hold the assembly for me? I really do not want to have to take the diff back apart to see if I can swap around the spiders since I just got it back from the shop, would rather not mess up the setup

Here is what I am dealing with, the blue tape on the shaft is where it meets the diff
