Should I have my outter hoops brushed?

I will be having my front wheel made into a 18x11 this winter. Im thinking about having the outter hoops brushed but Im on the fence about spending the money or not to do it.

Should I do it or not???

Are the centers flat black? If so I want to hold them up to my car and see how that color looks on my car(looking at doing another set of wheels)

I would leave the polished hoops.

They look great as is. Would be a lot of work polishing them back out. If you are going to do it anyway, I have seen people get good results with a scotch brite pad.

It would disagree with the rest of the chrome (trim, door handles and what little else there is).

I see where you're going with it. IF you brush EVERYTHING that is shiny then yeah. Otherwise, it wouldn't agree between the shiny and the brushed.

      One man's opinion ;)

I'd de-chrome the whole car, but they look good as they are. I just don't have a thing for chrome.
