I ran 12.40 at 109 with the street tires, going to try slicks this year. When I re-did the interior, i had the factory am radio converted to am/fm with Ipod control and I put second skin deadner in and now I can cruise and hear my tunes. Thanks for the compliments guys, I been working on this car for 8 years and its finally what I wanted. Hopefully I can get it in a magazine, at least a small write up.

That is one clean car for sure. Probably the cleanest '70 Lemans I've seen in a long time.

I am very impressed with how your car turned out, that I think I will keep my 71 Lemans in that factory green paint. The wife thinks your car turned out great also. Are thoose the factory bucket seats?

      Frank,

I see your running the Wilwood MC. How do you like the feel of the brakes? Is that the 7/8" bore version? How's the pedal travel?

Thanks for all the compliments guys! Those are original factory bucket seats that I just had redone, I was going to get racing seats but I just couldn't do it. Andrew I'm running the 7/8 master and it works good but I think the stroke is a little long but very easy to push and the car will stop quick, I still haven't been able to lock them up though. Another thing is I think with a small bore master like that pad knock back is worse, because the fluid pushes back easier with the smaller piston.

I think it looks great, love the ducktail spoiler.

Just out of curiosity, what's your ride height at the crossmember? I'm trying to get my suspension sorted out.

Thanks for the info Frank. I was considering the 7/8" bore Wilwood, but reading your comments makes me want to keep my $30 AutoZone special...LOL I am using a 1977 Malibu MC with a 15/16" bore.

Hey if its working great don't mess with it! Although I'm not bashing the master either, my brakes work very well I think its hard to get everything out of a manual single master system. PT goat I think my height is around 3"-4" I'll check though.
