Hello All, so i recentley pulled apart my doors and took out all the guts including latches and window tracks. Do you guys usually replace all this stuff with new? my windows never really closed right so i am not sure if a track was bent or what? le t me know what you guys are doing with that kind of stuff

I don't think you need to necessarily replace it with new unless one of your parts is bent or broken causing it not to lower or raise correctly. If the windows never really closed right it could just be an adjustment that needs to be done.

I just took out the guts, derusted everything and then painted it where I could, then put some lithium grease on the moving parts and shoved it back in the door.
