Is matte black out?

Wanting to do a sinister looking paint job on my 67 Nova... Looking for matte black with all chrome on car gloss black including grille, bumpers, trim, and 18" deep lip wheels. Does anyone have any pics of something similar? Is this a has been paint scheme? I've seen some done that do not look finished but others look sick.... Not really going for a rat rod u finished whitewall look... It's to look mean, sound mean, be low, and fast!
