      LED Trouble light?

Anyone have one? I am tired of the regular incandescent & fluorescent bulbs, getting burnt by them, them buring/melting something, or bumping them & blowing the bulb. Anyone have an LED one? Where did you get it, how do you like it?

Sorry, not LED lights on the car, but a work light, plug it into the wall when working on the car.

I got mine from the MAC tool truck. I use it every day for work. I've dropped it from about 12 feet onto concrete and it survived. It leads a rough life and still works like new. I've had it for about 3 years. I think I only spent about 40 bucks.

I've been using the Craftsman LED Trouble Light for around 5 years now and I like it.
The one I have is Model # 73904 which is the rechargeable unit.
Here is a link to it so you can see: http://www.sears.com/craftsman-cordl...04000P?prdNo=8

It's great for quick jobs, because it's a cordless unit.

I think I'm going to invest in a new LED light on the retractable reel for the long jobs.

      LED Trouble light?

I have a drop light with a florescent swirl bulb. It is cool and fairly durable and provides decent light for what it is. The drop light has a cage to protect the bulb.

I've been using the Stanley BF0109 BarFlex Work Light for years.
It has been dropped & abused numerous times & still works like new.
The battery life before having to recharge has been very good for me.

Here's a link to it on Amazon:

I use a streamlight led flashlight with a magnetic detachable base. No cords, rechargeable and bright. I use it daily and have dropped it more times then i can count and its still going. I can't work without it.

I got one of these >>> http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/10...worklight.html from our local NAPA for Christmas last year (We're their largest customer in town, lol) This thing is CRAZY bright! It's a cob-style led, like what the Jeep guys and duners are starting to use in lightbars. I don't have any idea if they're available anywhere else but NAPA, or if our store owner special ordered them in (indy-owned NAPA), but it's the best worklight I've ever had.

I have this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/64-SMD-LED-W...-/141013955337 and so far am very happy with it. I love the fact that its retractable. I didn't get it from eBay, but its the same light.
