      Monster/TKO shifting problem

I have 3500 miles on the set-up. After some aggressive driving, I had a hard time shifitng the transmission. I suspected I over boiled the fluid, so I flushed it and bled it with no change. I adjusted the pedal to get more release and that solved the ability to shift.

The issue now, is the release and the enagement don't appear to be the same. For example I need the pedal pushed to the floor to enable me to shift the transmission, but the clutch doesnt seem to engage until the pedal is almost fully release. Is this a transmission problem? or a Clutch?

Its a Monster Stage II and a TKO 5 Speed.

I doubt the transmission is the problem, I would be looking at the clutch release system.
