One Piece First Gen F-Body Carpet

I am looking at trim parts Essex one piece carpet for my 69 Camaro Vert that we are finishing. I like the idea of one piece carpet, but i have heard that it can be a bear to get installed flat. Does anybody have experience with it? Recommend or no? Tricks to install? Heat?

      Thanks!

I put the 1 piece Essex carpet from Trim Parts in my 69 and it was a breeze. The Essex is more flexible and easier to work with than the original style loop. This more than compensated for being 1 piece.
