      New Engine First Start

Before assembling the nose, and after two times taking the new engine out and putting it back in I decided to do a little test before we continue.

This engine is now mounted on my 2nd gen Camaro, but final destination is a 68 Camaro we are building just for the track. We will use the 2nd gen to do the engine brake in.

This video is actually the 2nd time we started it.

      Some specs on the engine.

      350 4bolts mains, overbored 0.040
      gm forged crankshaft
Solid Roller Cam CraneCams 4000-7800 rpm
      brodix 11 heads
crane cams 1.6 aluminum roller rockers
ross forged flat pistons with 2 valve reliefs
      6.0" forged h-beam crower rods
