      12 bolt pinion centerline

I am in the process of installing my G-Link and have got to weld the lower brackets on. Got the measurements for the install but they have to be 42" outside to outside, with 21.5" to the left and 20.5" to the right and 4.5 degrees angle. Seperation is based on the rearend centerline. Other than buying the tool, which has to be ordered, does anyone know a way to find the centerline on a factory 12 bolt. Original leaf mounts will be removed tomorrow so if I can use those as a start I will.
