68 Firebird Tail lights Plasti Coat

I am thinking about Plasti Coating around the tail lights of my 68 Firebird. I have always wondered how it would look blacked out there. Any advice or thoughts on this is appreciated.

I'm thinking of the same but with a white car. May not show up as much as on yours. Here are a couple of ideas.

68 Firebird Tail lights Plasti Coat

I am planning to black out my tail lights. Talking with my painter, he says coating with black candy should do the trick and still work well.

Well I did yesterday and I really like it. The plasti dip came out rough but smooths its self out.
