My $1,500 69 GTO project
I finally started my GTO project. I have always wanted a 69 GTO and have been half ass looking on Craig's List now and then.
So a couple months ago I saw this ad for a 69 GTO for 1500 bucks. This was a Thursday and I was at work. I called the guy he still had it so I closed the shop and drove 4 hours to look at it. I think it was well worth the money.
Car is pretty original has all original drive line. There was a Buick motor installed but I have the original engine.
So now the dilemma, Keep it original or Pro Tour the hell out of it !
Well I think you can probably guess the direction I am leaning.
