I am normally not a blue oval fan or a mustang fan for that matter, but I love the look of your 68'. Everything about it seems to fit, from the paint color to the wheels/stance, Etc. It looks outstanding as a whole and is an all around great looking car. Keep up the great work.....

Thanks for the compliment...I am trying to decide if I am going to run the rocker panel moulding or not. And even though the holes are there I like it without the moulding. I am going to mock it up tonight and take some pics.

There are no spacers on the back...and a 1/4" spacer up front to keep the rim off of the UCA at full lock.

i have learned from this board and a few others that brand loyalty is stupid. today i turned 18 and a couple years ago i would have said burn the thing because it was a ford. its stupid. im with nvrdun. you have to give a builder credit where it is due. this car looks amazing and seems to be one whole well put together machine. great job!

      Pretty much done...

except for installing the trunk mldg (waiting on hardware) I need to decide on whether to run the rocker panel mldg or not. Also waiting on some fittings to finish plumbing the fuel line into the fuel solenoid for the ZEX perimeter plate nos. Besides that I am done...

Thanks for the compliments...Ron Mohr at Mohr Restorations in North Richland Hills Texas did the hood. He is currently doing another one just like it for another member here (PonyCar'68) whose car is there getting the full rotisserie treatment.

Can you give me more specifics on your suspension and wheels?

I am looking at doing anthracite FR500's to my 67 and need a little nudge in the right direction.

Pic1 is how she currently sets
      Pic2 is a photochop I did.

The front suspension all Global West parts and the wheels are 2005+ Mustang size 18x9 FR500 wheels that I had narrowed 1" with 245/40 tires. The rear suspension has Global West leaf springs that I had de-arched 2". The wheels are 18x09 97-04 Mustang wheels and the tires are 274/40.
