      autoloc / Hoffman group issues

I was wondering if any of you have had bad experience with autoloc service.

i know that adam is a member, so please break in.

i ordered 8 billet buttons, all etched.
But, they sent me 2 wrong etched ones, and one i didnt receive at all.
it came after i left the hotel in the usa.

i complained about it, a few times, but still no progress.
when i try to order the missing button, they calculated $110 for shipping a single button to the netherlands.
      so i didnt.

i paid over 400$ in buttons, spoke on the phone that they would sent it all in 1 package 2nd day ups.
      now what?
      Ideas or help?

      Thanks.

I ordered some stuff from them " helix" they shipped the wrong stuff after about 8 weeks of lies ... Then they went through some kind of break up... They then told me no refund. Store credit. I was dealing with some jerk named Ron... So I have had a credit for about $400.00 ... This being said on Dec 3rd I ordered a steering wheel just so they wouldn't just get to keep my money. LET ME TELL YOU. THESE GUYS SUCK.. AFTER MANY MORE LIES AND COUNTLESS CALLS I GOT A STEERING WHEEL AND NOT EVEN WHAT I WANTED. Danger

I am close to them and have gone to their showroom to pick up stuff. Seem to be good in person...
