64-F-85 with B-spindle disc up grade

Guys I'm building a 64 F-85 and just now completing the front end. Installed is the B-body GM spindles, 92 IROC Z ILE 12inch rotors with Caprice police car calipers and all the mix and match parts for this setup. For now installing all new 9.5 inch finned rear drums from Moser on a Moser 9ich. The car was originally with all drums and the single line 64 master cylinder. I need some help deciding what to buy in terms of a dual master cylinder, power booster (also going to need an electric vacuum pump because of the cam) proportioning valve and distribution valve and where to mount it. Routing of the hard lines on the front of an GM A-body.

Have you considered running either manual brakes or converting to hydroboost instead of an auxiliary vacuum pump to make up for the camshaft? In my experience, taking vacuum out of the braking equation is usually easier than trying to get good power brake performance from a car with very little vacuum signal. By the time you buy the aux vac pump, accumulator, bigger dual-9" booster, MC, etc, you're usually more than 1/2 to 2/3 of the way to a complete Hydroboost setup from Hydratech.
