I currently have stockers that I cut down a bit for the look I want for my Pro Daily Driver HeLLcamino, but am not happy with the 39 year old lack of stability that these springs have.
I read about Eibach Pro Kit with a 1.3 inch drop, but I don't believe that will make me happy considering how low my truck sits now. Do the Eibach's lower them more then they claim? What other brands did any of you A-body guys have that are stiffer yet low enough for a decent look?
Here is a pic of it now with the cut stocker fronts.

Get some 5x9 circle track springs with adjustable shims for the front and some 5x11 springs with a pigtail on one end for the rear. 750lb for the front if running an iron small block and I would guess about 150lb for the rear. shims http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Adjustable-Spring-Shims,3389.html front springs http://www.speedwaymotors.com/AFCO-5-Inch-x-9-1-2-Inch-Front-Springs,23682.html rear springs http://www.speedwaymotors.com/AFCO-5-Inch-x-11-Inch-Rear-Springs,23578.html these are cheap enough if you don't like the rate for $200 you can change all 4 springs. If you shop around you can find the springs for less.

I went with the Eibach Pro Kit and could not be any happier. The truck sets the exact height as the pics above, but with way better support and handling. Thumbs up to Eibach on a great spring!
