69 Camaro frame/chassis question

I am in the process of putting my car back together and want to upgrade the suspension along the way. After reading several threads here I have decided to go with the G-mod, solid upper and lower control arm bushings, solid interlocking body mounts and subframe connectors to start (trying to keep costs down).

Now comes the question. How do I check to see if my car is strait? I don't want to spend a lot of time and money upgrading suspension if the chassis is bent or twisted.

I ask because when the car is viewed from the rear the driver side sits a little lower than the passenger, nothing drastic but I can tell. I replaced the stock front and rear springs a few years ago because I thought that might be the problem but it did not fix it.

Also, the inside of the front tires wore quickly so I replaced all the steering components (inner/outer tie rods, drag link, pitman and idler arm) and stock UCA bushings and had it aligned. That helped tire wear but did not completely eliminate it.

I didn't have the time or resources to address the problems further back then. And now I don't want to waste time and money on upgrades that will be plagued by a tweaked chassis. Any help is greatly appreciated.

huumm i guess everyone is researching for your answer.
The first thing I would do is level the car by frame locations, then check who's out. I had a saggy leaf spring play havok with ride height.Another one where someone tightened the front control arms with the car on a rack. Then had one with a bent rear frame. sorry lost track there.
Then square the frame up. Then align...a good aligner should be able to tell if your tweeked.
