Disc rotors bolt pattern

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know of a reputable machine shop in the Mesa, Arizona area that can drill out my VW disc brakes rotors for either a five bolt Chevy or Ford pattern. I would like to mount a set of wide American Racing Torque Thrust rims for a nostalgia look on my Porsche Speedster.
