      Wilwood bleeder screws

I just installed my 3rd wilwood dynalite brake kit (differant cars), and I always seem to have the same annoying problem. The bleeder screws leak from the center, even after tightening them ALOT. I even broke one of the 1st ones from overtightening. The only remedy I've come up with is to put some thread sealer on the tapered part of the bleeder (where it seats), but there's got to be a better way. I've never had this problem with any OE brakes.

I havn't got bleeder screws, just the screws supplied by Baer. They all leaked at some point. I have bleed this sytem several times due to not bleeding the M/C properly and leaking screws.
The caliper bleed threads became loose and worn.

I removed the check valve from my window washer pump and connected it to some plastic hose. I removed the screws and carefully applied PTFE tape without obscuring the small hole. Reinstalled them and bled all four using the check valve to stop drawing in air and PTFE to seal.
It could be Willwood and Baer don't machine to the tolerence's of Brembo and the like!!!!
