Dual Fan Temp Sensor Wiring Diagram Needed

I have a Ron Davis Radiator w/ Dual Electric Fans. The fans are currently wired to a toggle switch. When the toggle switch is ON the fans will run when the car is running.

With the fans running all the time my temp is at 160. I would like the car to run at 180 so I think I need to install a temp sensor to kick the fans on at 180.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram showing how to do this?
