For the floor, firewall and doors of your car, I'd go with at least 80 sq feet of Damplifier or Damplifier Pro.
This is barely enough to do everything you want.
In an idea situation, you woule go with 120-140. This will get you total coverage of the areas you list. Extra materail means you can do a second layer in the hotspots for maximum results.
Hope that helps

I'm in the process of building a 64 Nova 2 door sedan and am looking for a heat/sound surpressor material. How much would I need to cover my car and what are the "Hot Spots".

Most of our Nova customers go with a combination of 3 products. Actually, most ALL of our customer go with this same combinations:
Damplifier or Damplifier Pro
most start with 80 sq feet, then call us up for another 40-80 a few weeks later.
Overkill Pro or Luxury Liner
Most Nova guys will eat up about 8-10 sheets depending on whther they do the head liner or not.
Spectrum or Sludge
3 Gallons is about where you want to be for an undercoating, but a lot of guys will go with the 5 gallon bucket to use and extra 2 gallons inside the car in the hard to reach spots.
I heop that helps!
