Yesterday I installed my TKO with a hydraulic T/O bearing and also installed the hydraulic master (NO slave actuator like with a T56, just a master cylinder). I bled the master, but the pedal has ABSOLUTELY NO pressure, I can push it down with one finger. I also noticed that when the cylinder is depressed, the T/O bearing does not move.

I disconnected the pressure line from the T/O bearing, held my finger over the end of the pressure line and depressed the pedal. I can baaaarely feel a little pressure against my finger, but expected fluid to blow past my finger. Only thing I can figure is that the master is bad.

Any thoughts??

Thanks!

Can this master be bench-bled? (or is that what you already did?)

I didn't bench bleed it, you think that is necessary? It certainly can't hurt.

If you're not getting any output, I'd try that before returning it and getting another.
