Hey there,

I'm in the middle of a build on my 51 Chevy Pickup and working on body work/fabrication. I plan on running Holley's Term X wire harness, and so I know I need to go through the firewall.

My question is, how big a hole do I need to have to pass it all through? Also, what are some of you using for a port to run it through that looks good and functions well?

Also, if you could share where you placed the port in relation to the engine so I can get ideas.

Thanks,

Glenn

On my 67 Ford Fairlane I have the Terminator X wiring coming out dead center of the firewall right behind the engine. I used a ron Francis ga50 oval grommet made for fox body mustangs because my firewall has a oval knockout the same size where factory AC lines would have exited. I want to say the id of the grommet is about 1 or 1 1/8".

I have the ECU mounted above the right kick panel and had plenty of wiring available.

There are other versions out there. Google Terminator firewall pass through.
