C5/6/AFX Uprights + C7 Hubs + Fixed Calipers = Trouble?

Howdy,

I think I've seen notes that C7 hubs on uprights such as the GM C5/6 and AFX designed for C5/6 hubs changes the wheel location which by extension changes the rotor to caliper mount. Does this change the relationship for fixed calipers on those uprights?
