      Velcro for MLV

I posted this in another thread, but didn't get a response. So I figured it was worth another shot in a dedicated thread.

Does anyone know which Velcro is best for attaching to MLV and sheet metal? Ideally, I would like to find the same stuff that came with the Sound Deadener Showdown kits. That stuff works great! Unfortunately, Don has retired, and I haven't gotten a response from him on where to get it.

Dude are you made of leprechauns? Cause that was awesome!

I would try the "super adhesive back"

I think Paul is looking for Velcro (or dual lock) that has a really strong adhesive on the backside. Something that will bond to mass loaded vinyl.

Yep, what Andrew said. The problem is not the velcro sticking to itself. It's the adhesive that sticks the velcro to the metal on one side and MLV on the other.
