      Vintage air IV - only use for heat?

      So I have half installed my vintage air IV in my chevelle. (under dash installed, condenser, lines and control switch) can I use the vintage air system as a heat only for now until i have the compressor installed?

      1970 Chevelle Malibu 350 "70 Hell"
      - UMI - Kore3 - LS1 4 wheel discs - Budnik
