Hi guys, currently have a 4 link (+ panhard bar) in my car, the current setup has the panhard bar running from driver side lower track bar mount to the pass. side chassis mount so when looking from birds eye view it runs on a 45* angle from diff.
I am going to move the pan hard bar to behind the diff like so many styles I see.

Is this a better way to have the bar?
At ride height should panhard bar be parallel with the diff
when looking from birds eye does panhard bar have to be parallel with diff?
my shocks mount approx. 35* angle, will they get binding issues with the panhard bar setup like this?

thanks in advance

Think about the travel of the suspension. Panhards swing thru an arc. So, a panhard setup should be parallel at ride height from looking at the back to front. Birds eye- think about the travel again. With the 4 link, the front to back movement is not affected by the panhard. It'd still move the same way with it disconnected. So being parallel from birds eye isn't all that critical. Just need to make sure the joints or bushings have enough alignment to accept that.
