Well, I was once again just surfing my old bookmarks and I thought I'd share these. The front disc conversion is only 10.25", so probably best for drag racing use only, but the rears are 11 3/8", which is a reasonable size. But for billet 4 piston calipers and drilled rotors, $550 for the fronts and $450 for the rears seems a decent price:
