I need some advise I'm about to upgrade my transmission and I want to know what should I go with I'm looking at the 2004r are the 4l60e with electronic shifter I'm look to do the power tour next year here is my spec on my engine thanks for your feed back

The 200r4 would be a bolt on. A lot of the Buick guys are doing it because of that fact. where as the 4l60 would need an adapter and the computer BS. Nice ride though.

what he said plus a 200 is stronger if you build them and has more od. the 60e will also require a shortened driveshaft. the 200 bolts right into place of the 200.

I'd go 2004 as its practically bolt in..has better gear split and stronger
Fully built should be about 1800 through Janis transmissions..think this was with non lockup converter.

If you can swing it a 4l80e would be nice and bullet proof..but more cash
