      Frame primed and painted.

Frame came back from sandblasted. Blew out media and wiped frame down with acetone. Sprayed 2 coats of PPG VP2050 dtm epoxy primer. Sanded down with 400 and followed up with Axalta Imron 2.1 in gloss black . Temp was perfect 85 degrees with 30 percent humidity. Name: 20220825_145310.jpg

Completed bushings and pins. Blasted and coated hinge bodies and pins. Cut out recess on pins for e clips. Smooth action with zero play. Will make setting the gaps much easier .Name: 20220827_195032.jpg
