I used a 2003 Mustang Cobra speed sensor. Slid right in. I have to modify the hold down a little though.

      Plenty of room in there.

Glad to see you doing small details such as the door handles between all the major powertrain work. Besides making it much cooler than some engine swap only vehicle [we've all seen them] I find working on smaller details helps you keep your sanity in a large project.

Probably wouldn't hurt to have some sort of extraction vents in the fenders & or hood. Maybe like the dbs hood, which I've been looking at the vent placement myself

I like the first hood. The lines seem to work better with the rest of your design changes. You could change the grill louvers to something a little more modern.

The car looks great keep up the great work.

      Guess I got you thinkin.
Vents to the rear of the hood help unload the whole engine bay.
Actual extraction vents above the radiator, particularly if built extending down a bit & some sort of shroud in front of the engine help to get a lot of hot radiator air directly out. A lil bit more work.
Scoops into the front of the hood force air in. Unless you have a carb filter right behind them or some sort of funneled intake to them, I'd think you're mostly loading up the engine bay with turbulent air.
The late model ford style vents could look ok to the rear of the hood.
I posted the DBS hood because it has a little front extraction , though not the whole complicated race deal & some at the rear.

Fender vents help extract also. Just made me 1 of 2 for my Camaro nose el camino project. Styled after Ferrari 599 gtb.

Looking good, as for the hoods I would go with the 2nd or 3rd the first one just doesn't look right to see, I think the slight taper is throwing them off, I would be careful of making the hood look too busy,..my.02
