      I agree, start with what you know - size, budget, what car they will mount on ...

      Then it gives some guidelines to work within.

      I bought Torq Thrust O's (17X8) and Goodyear Eagle GT's (245/45R17) due to a tight budget and no tubs. I like the retro look. I know a lot of members on the forum don't care for the dated 5-spoke look.

      Used Corvette wheels can be had for a reasonable price.
