Just remember that with sealed beam or halogen lights your legal, with ANYTHING else not rated for oem automotive use it can get you equipment violations as far up the chain as impounding. So proceed carefully before purchasing. As the money expend may cost you much more that simple purchase price. A buddy bought some aftermarket lights for a project car, he was recreating the Coyote race car from Hardcastle and McCormick, got him towed which actually damaged his car and cost him quite a bit of cash to get it back and the state that tagged him sent a registration revocation request to his state. took him finding different, automotive based lighting and he even had to find a shop that would work on the car and document its changes before his registration was given "clean" bill of health. All totaled it cost him well over $2500.
also remember this red and blue lights are considered emergency vehicle identifiers, even bouncing on road irregularities might entice a LEO to cite you for incorrect equipment. I know 3 counties in Indiana that will fine you $250 for blue dots UNLESS your car is registered as historic motor vehicle with no extreme exterior modification, ie it looks like old car or is titled as a kit car.
      Just a warning.
Also red headlights are VERY distracting and hard to see by, only just below blue light which blinds the human eye.
