The C5 bracket is a low mount and will not work well, the GTO is the way to go.

I did a bit of research on doing the same thing. I have a good friend who as a ProCharged 04 GTO. From what I can tell the GTO bracket will work perfect. Frank is having ProCharger GP @ GPsuperstore.com. His prices are very good. If I didn't just buy another 1st gen I would be going this route with my 69.

GTO's and F-bodies share the same brackets. So everything should be good to go.
The air inlet will point straight toward the firewall and the outlet will be pointing at the ground with the GTO set up.

I WAS going to buy one from Frank through GPsuperstore.com, but I found a one owner 68 Camaro that is like a time machine. It hasn't moved in about 14 years. I stole it for the low price of $7000. I can't afford to do both, and I figure I can double my money on the car if I choose to sell it. I didn't want to jinx myself on the car so I haven't posted about it. It should be in my driveway tomorrow. As soon as I get it home I will have pics up. :icon996:
