      BBC Procharger

I have a nice 454 bbc (10:1, stock rods arp bolts, steel crank) We just built the motor not long ago and I was thinking about adding a procharger. Is this a bad idea (Do I need to beef up the bottom end) or is it possible to run a procharger on this setup without tearing anything up

      Thanks

with that high of compression you would only be able to run 6psi if you have aluminum heads and it would be suggest that you use an intercooler..

You are not at all crazy..
