      FS/FT RESTOMOD 1967 CHEVELLE SS 396 - BIG BLOCK - 5spd - PROTOURING - AC - SHOW & GO!

      1967 CHEVELLE SS

We are selling our amazing pro-touring 1967 Chevelle SS 396. The car is a full on resto-mod with only the best of everything used on it. This car is can be shown, raced or driven cross country...it does it all and does it all well!!! The car started out as a very nice Marina Blue Met 136 code Malibu. It received a frame off restoration but it was also built to run and handle and does it ever!!! It has been on the Hot Rod Power Tour twice and performed flawlessly. With the ice cold Vintage Air AC and the Tremec TKO 600 5 speed transmission with overdrive long cross country rides are very enjoyable in this car.

I will try to list all the modification and upgrades but I am sure I will miss something!

The car is very strong and runs great (what an understatement!) The engine is a big block 396 with oval port 336781 heads, Edelbrock Intake, Holley Street Dominator Carb, and ceramic coated long tube headers with true dual Flowmaster exhaust. The transmission is a top of the line Tremec TKO 600 5 speed with overdrive that shifts awsome. The rear end is a GM 12 Bolt Posi with 3.73 gears. The running gear has around 5000 miles on it.

The car has a full CPP pro-touring suspension. Up front it has a CPP Sway bar, CPP Tubular Upper and Lower Control arms with QA1A Adjustable Coil Overs. In the rear in has a fully adjustable CPP 4 Link setup with QA1A adjustable shocks as well as a CPP sway bar. It has a big CPP four wheel disc brake kit with drilled and slotted rotors as well. The car has brand new tires and Coy wheels...18s on the front and 20s in the rear. This car handles like its rails, stops on a dime but still rides and drives comfortably.

The paint and body are in great shape. The car received a frame off restoration about 10 years ago (the running gear and suspension are recent additions.) It was repainted its original Marina Blue Met. The glass in the car was a replaced then and is in outstanding shape. The undercarriage of the car was completely detailed at the time as well. Its as clean under the bottom as it is up top!

The interior follows the theme of the rest of the car. It has a Vintage Air Heat and AC system that works great. Its the best of both worlds...the very nice restored orginal style interior was upgraded with Dakota Digital gauges, Procar Scat pro-touring seats, Hump Hugger Console, Lecarra Steering wheel and the stereo system is set up to be ran with an Ipod.
      $32950 CASH OBO

I am located in Athens, AL (just outside of Huntsville.)

I do have a clean, clear title in hand for the car.

We are open to trades but BE REALISTIC....I could list things we are interested in but I dont know what you have. It has to be something as cool and nice as this car....I can tell you am not interested in a project car, a race car, a motorcycle, camper or a boat.
I can trade up or down with cash going either way!
