looking at different idea's for LSX intakes.

Looking to find idea's on LS6 style intakes to replace my blower and wonder where to find one for a good price? I thought they were getting out dated by now. After searching over the net I found them to still be a bit pricey. Is there something else out there with out spending big money on a FAST intake? I really like the sheet metal but, at, or over $2000, is more than I want to spend. Any idea's???

The LS6 intakes, for being "old" technology, still works about the best for the money on cathedral port heads. They definitely hold their value as there is usually not much difference between new and used for sure.

If I had a choice on a moderate build between and LS6 intake, FAST 78 or LS2 intake with 90mm TB, the LS6 would easily be my choice. The only way I would go LS2 and 90mm TB would be on a forced induction setup.

      Hope this helps.
