Motion's Back! (Renderings online)
Hey folks, AutoWeek has just published the renderings of the Motion Camaro to let the world know that Baldwin Motion is back!
There's been a lot of buzz around the car and now there are finally some images to pique people's interest.

Wow, looks awesome, Kris!! I love that they're still using the L88 hood, and original type BM phase 3 stripes! Some of the best stripe designs ever to be put on a first gen, IMHO. Nice work!!

Well, it is hard to get too exicited about a car that almost nobody on this board could buy.. or that costs more than most houses.. lol.. I think the only sad part is that the cars are so expensive that they will NEVER see any track or hard driving time.. That is the one major downside to these cars. They will be priced really high. The reason: they are extremely limited edition, hand-built, and one-of-a kind.
I'm not justifying the price by any means, but perhaps there will be something else on the horizon that more people can get behind.
What people need to keep in mind is that these aren't being marketed as mass-produced cars. These are in the same category as say one of Trepanier's or Foose's hand-built rides. No one looks at Troy's Chicayne or Foose's Stallion and says "well, I don't really like it because I can't afford it." They look at it and appreciate that it's a well-designed, well-built car. I think that's how these need to be taken. Not so much as something for sale, just something really cool being built.
As far as being driven, I think with how these cars are being built, they BEG to be driven. I can't say for sure, but I think they will be. I know I'm crossing my fingers that they will!

I would like to see the quarter panel buldged as rendered. Love the hood. That stance may be hard to match, but Kris stuff is always a little aggressive. I hoe they are $300,000, it's just better for the rest of us.
