What kind of seat/seat belt is he using. How is he staying in place?

Mike uses a lap belt only. I know it looks weird but it works for him...hell of a driver!

He uses 2 different seats. For good guys autox he uses a modifie Shelby R model seat and a lap belt. For RTTC and open track stuff he uses a carbon SPARCO rally seat with 5 point crow harness with a Hans device.
