Need a TIG welder in San Diego

I have a small 2" x 2" x 1/8" aluminum cap I need tig welded onto an aluminum mount for my reverse lockout mechanism on my transmission. It would probably take someone less than 2 minutes. I have the pieces, just don't have a tig.

Anybody know a good tig welder in San Diego that doesn't overcharge?

I would do it for ya but im not around. Call the guys at die cast customs. They are good guys up there.
