      LS known mounting/header/crossmember for Camaro

I'm trying to get this stuff figured out for my LS install into my Camaro and I don't have a great handle on ease of combos that work in stock framed 1st gen Camaro.... I've read a lot of posts from others and to some degree I understand I should run a known combo here, hence the thread... My Camaro is low, and I'm looking at the Dirty Dingo plates for the adjustability, for a little more ground clearance for full length headers. But I'm open to options for extra ground clearance and ease install into stock subframe.....

      Was looking at dynatech headers...
      please list:

      Adapter plates:
Headers and sizes: full length, mid length, etc
      tranmission crossmember and kind.

Thanks all, I'm searched out and I'm starting to confuse myself from info overload...

      LS known mounting/header/crossmember for Camaro

Autokraft pan/mounts with stainless works headers. Stock sub. Fit like a glove. Good ground clearance too. It hurt to spend the dough but it's cheaper to do it right the first time. I've heard great things about the dingo mounts as well. Keep at it!

I just installed my headers, so I now can post fit info.

I used the following pieces to put an LQ4 and 4l80e trans in a '69 Camaro:

      - Hooker adapter plates- the set that moves the engine forward 1.25"- their "stock location" plates slam the cylinder head against the firewall.
      - Energy Suspension 3114 mounts
      - BMR Suspension trans crossmember
      - ProComp Electronics stainless mid-length/shorty headers
      - Holley oil pan

      LQ4 with a T-56 into a 69

I used Hooker plates ( stock location version ), passenger side cylinder head is close but not that bad.

Stainless Steel Works Headers, fit great..

Modified 3rd gen Camaro oil pan.

Running this combo for over a year..
