      2nd gen front braces

I just got these from http://www.pro-touringf-body.com, the front bars are like the ones Herb Adams made only better. There was a slight fitment issue with stock a-arms, but they made a tooling adustment and they fit really great and look way cool. They come powder coated and the welds are top notch, for $150. Check em out. I have pics, but can't post yet. I can Email if you want to see them on my car

I use the same braces and they work well. If you have AC, they will fit, but I had to remove my compressor to get to everything. I would also recommend removing the hood and hinges before installing. This will make it much easier.

I also run an 1/8 inch plate connecting the two braces together across the back of the motor--sorta like a monte carlo brace. I have pics of this in another post. It really adds stiffness to the front end.

How much more stiffness do you think could be achieved to a car that already has a 6 point bar and subframe connectors? My car is making the transformation from slicks and skinnies, and I was never able to take a corner fast enough to notice any subframe flex.
