G-Body shift indicator linkage won't work with Hooker Comp Headers

Help. I just installed a SB crate motor in my 84 Monte Carlo SS with Hooker Comp Headers. My issue is the cable that works the shift indicator on the dash won't work now. I have a console shift not a column shift. I also installed a 200R4 during the engine swap. Any ideas on how to get the shift indicator to work with the headers installed? Is there a kit that someone makes?
