      Barret Jackson

Anyone watching the Barret Jackson auction?
Prices look promising...in the context that it looks like people are spending money again...

The prices are looking alot better. The 2 68 Camaro's for 110k and 99k looks like a good sign.

I noticed that there is no way you could build a car for some of the prices that they were selling for. There were some real good deals. I will be watching again tonight. By the way I was wondering about lot 25 a 1965 Buick Skylark. I wanted to see what it was going to sell for but it must have been pulled.

I'm at BJ all week. The pt type builds are getting a lot of love out here.

Another thing I noticed is the cars with "resto-mods" if you will with LS motors are doing very well. I guess people like the modern day driveablility and power but with the vintage looks.

On New Year's eve I saw a GNX go for $66k-seemed low. Must be some deals to be had when nobody's paying attention!

My favorite was the 1969 427 engine that went for 90k in the back of a atv

I read that the dollar total is up 30% from last year. I know Jackson also looks at the total amount the bidders are authorized to spend.
67 Camaro RS that will be faster than anything Mary owns.
