Late in September 2012 Pasqual assured me delivery in 1.5 to 2 weeks after receipt of order. He needed to get lazer cut parts from supplier.
Parts were ordered and my card was charged Oct 5th 2012. Most phone calls we've made go into voicemail, occasionally we get a returned call or a message left on our machine. The stories I've been told vary from waiting for supplier, we'll make the parts by hand as the supplier is late, to just ordered the laser cut parts, I've heard "parts are due in Friday and we'll ship next Tues" far too many times. It's now been more than 2 months and I cant delay the project much longer.
I'm tempted to cancel, but would like to get their parts.

Any alternative suppliers for that type of stuff?
