been trying to get time to get the front suspension done the the front shock mounts and they got a bit more complicated than I originally thought but it is starting to come together.

any guesses on what the shocks I am going to use are from? they are factory shocks!

Been getting my zzz kicked with life stuff lately and have not had much time to get things done. However still chipping away a little at a time. front is almost done and airs up and down with no binding or rubbing. time to pull the body off! just shot another time lapse and a update video should be able to edit it and post it up later this week.

I need to pay attention to peoples signatures. I was on garage journal awhile ago and loved how you painted your doors. And then I see that same door in the background in the time lapse video's and just realized this is the same thread I looked at over there lol. You got skills

We still have been chipping away a little at a time working on the plans for the rear suspension. just so happened to have a ford 9" behind the garage that was within a 1/4" of the same as the one that was in the car. so the plan to sell the 12 bolt with 4:11 gears and replace it with a ford 9" lots of grinding, sanding and cutting. to prep it.

Wow look what I found under some epoxy goop on the rear end. lol. look at this awesome weld job!

That's awesome how you guys can make so many of your own parts. Very cool.

Thanks for the interest in our quickly spiraling out of control project. The whole reason we have got out of the box so far is getting so many parts from aftermarket parts that are just junk. There is nothing more frusterating then buying parts with your hard earned money and they don't fit or they need to be modified to make them work.so we just decided to take a bit longer and just build them insted.

Keep in mind we are not a shop just a couple of guys in a garage just building things for fun.

This is a little story on how things can change directions in a heartbeat after grinding, sanding and cutting I did some more measuring and discovered that the pinion was 4.25 offset to the center of the car and after much deliberations and adding up all the costs and the time to do it I decided that ordering one done ready to bolt in with all the brackets welded on was just to appealing to pass up ordered up m9 rear and all that work was for nothing! well not really it is going to be narrowed by a friend of mine and I will use it for another project.sometimes it is just better and bite the bullet and just pay instead of taking all the time to do it your self see I am learning slowly but I am still learning.
