To create a thread in the Pro-Touring Parts for Sale subforum, simply go here:

      1. https://www.pro-touring.com/classifieds.php
      2. Click "Sell an Item"
      3. List your item for sale
      4. In the listing form, choose 'none' (see below)
      5. Your new listing will appear in the Pro-Touring Parts for Sale subforum and you can collect payment the same way you have always collected payment.

I used the BUY IT NOW earlier today on a dash/gauge setup, & its still up for sale with the buy it now button still available. I have not gotten a response from the seller. Why is the buyitnow still available? Seems someone is going to get pissed off thinking they bought it. Hope its not me. After I filled out the forms, it said I bought the item & an email would be sent, and item mark as sold. Non of that has happened.

The item is no longer for sale. You can verify this by going to the listing: https://www.pro-touring.com/classifi...gauge-set-2828.
Yes, the "Buy Now" button is still in the thread, but if you click on it, you'll see that the purchase page is disabled.

I'm sending you a PM right now with the email address that your confirmation email was sent to. If the address is correct, I can send you a new one.

Can we go back to the old way?? I sold something, its sitting in the buyers garage, it hasn't been 14 days...so I am not only without my welder, I have no payment and I am short the $65 it cost to ship! How is that bloody better! (this is not the fault of the buyer, its just a really poorly thoguth out process)
I have 800+ positive feedbacks on ebay over the last 10 years, I don't need someone to "assist me" in selling properly and then charging me for it. I ship via UPS, provide tracking numbers and always insure. All this does is make me go direct to ebay and not to this forum.

We have more features coming to accelerate the transfer of payment.

In the meantime, please ask the buyer to email [email protected] and we'll transfer the buyer's payment to you right away.

Justin - Sorry to hear you didn't love your first exposure to the new Pro-Touring Marketplace tools. Can you elaborate? What issues did you have? What features were you seeking that you didn't find? What part of the new process prompted your post? The more feedback the better. We have a ton of new features coming out later today based on the input from members here.

I too am not happy with the new system. Tried to list parts, and it directed me to a page that said I was not logged in.Tried it 2 more times and same results. Its just too bad we cant have things that are easy to do.Why make things complicated? I will be selling some place else.

Evldoer - thanks for reporting your issue. When you head here: https://www.pro-touring.com/classifieds.php and click "Sell an Item," you get a page that says you aren't logged in? Have you ever successfully listed an item or sent a message to a seller? Feel free to give me a call and I'd be happy to try to resolve your technical issue. 1 (424) 272-0291

Just get rid of the damn thing already. From what it seems like Enthusify is something of a mash up between Paypal and Ebay but it is poorly designed and doesn't work.
Sorry for whoever's baby enthusify is but there was nothing wrong with the old way and Enthusify is a Turn Off!

To me one of the biggest issues is payment. We are all use to the standard "buyer sends payment - seller recieves payment and ships". I do not like Enthusify taking payment when the seller choses to "BUY IT", as they hold onto payment until the buyer receives the item and is satisfied. Sorry, the item does not ship until payment is received. I am sure we all agree with that. As stated in a earlier post: we need the money for the items we sell!

Most listings include this phrase: DO NOT PAY THROUGH ENTHUSIFY

Only one change can solve this problem - going back to the old system.

I fail to see where the old system was broken.
