Pro-Touring.com members represent well at OUSCI

Pro-Touring.com members and Pro-Touring type rides represent well at this years optima batteries Ultimate Streetcar Invitational.

The way I see it is at least 5 out of the top 10 and 16 of the top 25 cars are Pro-Touring type cars and most or all of them are members on Pro-Touring.com.

If you look at the field as a whole we represented over 50% of the total registrants for the event this year.

In the 5 years that OUSCI has happened every single winner is a member of Pro-Touring.com and 4 out of 5 were member before they won.

I can't tell you how cool I think that is and you all should give yourself a pat on the back.

Larry, that is a tribute to the community that you built here! You are the one who deserves a pat on the back for all you do for us and our sport.

      Thanks,

Those are some great stats Larry! I'm sure we're all proud as should you be for starting this great website and community. I had a great time as a spectator, if you haven't been its well worth the trip!

Yes, considering what shows up I think, year after year, the Pro-Touring community really gives them hell..

And every other year a Camaro wins.. lol.. (which is good for my magazine)

Breaking arm now with mega back pats Look for me in a sling at Del Mar...we'll see how I do driving with one hand!

I am continually amazed at how hard everyone works to get these cars fast and reliable. The top cars get all the attention, but the last place finisher worked just as hard as the rest of us to even get in the show...and probably while working a real job like the rest of us. These cars do not fall out of the trailer or garage being fast...it takes a lot of time and effort, even after the car is "done".
