      Yes, our standard cap is the machined aluminum press-in cap which is available in several styles. See: http://www.forgeline.com/products/ac...enter-cap.html.

      We also offer a tall press-in cap that provides an extra 5/8 inch of clearance to accommodate long spindles. And we have a bolt-on competition cap that is secured with a fastener (intended for the Competition Series wheels on race cars). See: http://www.forgeline.com/products/ac...s/center-caps/

      how about a step outer lip?
      Depending on your vehicle and the size of your outer, we MAY be able to do the CF3C in a step. But we have not designed a step lip specific version of the CF3C. Call me or email me and we can talk about your specific fitment.

      We do offer the split spoke SC3C in a specific stepped lip version. See: http://www.forgeline.com/products/co...cave-step.html

      gawd.. those are really sick.

      but if you made them

      * 3 piece with exposed hardware
      * stepped lip
      * and kept the concave centers

      These would be Vennys new wheels..

      We can do that. Exposed hardware is USUALLY an option. However, the CF3C and SC3C wheels use an extra slim rim register, so we wouldn't want to drill it for a through bolt. Stepped lip is even an option in 19-21 inch diameters, but we have not designed a version of the CF3C with an extended spoke that continues beyond the rim register past the step in the outer. So if you did a stepped version of the CF3C, then the spokes would stop at the top of the step.

      As opposed to the SC3C-SL, where we actually designed a stepped lip version with extended spokes that reach out beyond the rim register and beyond the step. Like this:

      I originally responded to this and indicated that we CAN do exposed fasteners on the CF3C, but this is not correct. The CF3C (and SC3C) wheels use a much slimmer rim register that we would not want to drill for a through bolt. So while MOST of our 3 piece wheels are available with your choice of exposed or hidden hardware, the CF3C and SC3C are exceptions. Sorry for the confusion!! I had a momentary brain fart.
